Four of our students attended in the 2017 Prostart Chef Summit (the theme- wild blueberry). They created lemon pancakes with blueberry bourbon sauce and lavender infused giffords vanilla ice cream. The goal of the Chef Summit is to inspire alliances and stimulate strategies so we position Maine's F&B and Hospitality industry to play "above our weight class" and set the trends.
