As PATHS is part of Portland Public Schools we follow their Board of Education Policies. Please see the policies section of this handbook for more information.

PATHS programs are designed to prepare students for career readiness and expect students to behave as though they are on the job. Many of our programs involve the use of potentially dangerous equipment. Therefore, mature attitudes and behavior are expected of all students. Instructors will review specific expectations for behavior at the beginning of the year. 

Ultimately, students that do not meet behavior expectations may be separated from the school and/or not be recommended to return for a second year.
